For me, the title 'real estate agent' was once associated with bad feelings, like that of a dirty-car-salesman. Warren, however, completely surprised me in a most pleasant way. I remember the first time we met Warren; I was impressed by his kindness and warmth, and how comfortable he was to be around. My first impression was right - he proved over and over that his care and service are second to none. Perhaps the most important thing that Warren did for us was that he listened - attentively. When it came to our home, we had a clear picture in mind: location, price range, style, etc. He asked the important questions, and I felt like he really listened to what we were looking for. So instead of wasting our time, he worked hard to sift through homes so that we only saw what we really wanted. No more than 5 homes later, we found a home that was perfect for us. He was even able to bargain it down by $20,000. I remember doing the walk through and how visibly excited he was for us - I appreciated how he made us feel like we weren't just 'another job'. While there were many details he attended, one stands out in my mind. Because the previous owners had several animals I have a cat allergy, I made some complaint about the rug downstairs. Without hesitation, Warren made a call and someone was there the next day steam cleaning it before we moved in. Talk about going beyond the call of duty!
